BMC-84 Freight Broker Cancellation List

As a surety company specializing in freight broker bonds, we are committed to maintaining transparency and protecting the interests of carriers. In accordance with 49 USC 13906, (b)(6)(B), we publish a BMC-84 freight broker cancellation list. This list includes the names of principals (freight brokers) who have defaulted on their obligations.

When a principal defaults, it indicates that they are unlikely to pay new carriers for loads they pick up. By publishing this list, we aim to warn carriers and help them make informed decisions when engaging with freight brokers. The BMC-84 cancellation list is regularly updated to ensure that carriers have access to the most current information regarding defaulted brokers.
